Our services

Practical support from planning to delivery.

Your engagement is shaped around the project you already have or the one you are preparing to start. We can work with your existing team or help coordinate suitable technical support where needed.

01

Owner's Representation

We act as your designated on ground point of contact for agreed site engagements, meetings, follow ups and escalation of matters requiring your decision.

02

Construction Project Management

We support project planning, coordination, progress follow up, documentation and communication across the contractors and professionals involved in the work.

03

Property Development Support

From early planning through delivery, we help organise the people, decisions and technical inputs required to move a property development forward with greater clarity.

Why Nessaridge

Because being away should not mean being out of control.

The challenge is rarely just getting photos from site. It is knowing what the updates mean, who is responsible for the next action, what has changed, and when a decision needs you. Nessaridge gives the owner a defined point of representation and coordination on the ground.

01

Your interests have a voice on the ground.

We represent the client within the agreed scope, attend agreed engagements, follow up actions and bring matters requiring owner attention back to you clearly.

02

Updates are organised for decisions, not just information.

Progress photographs are more useful when they sit alongside observations, action points, responsible parties, deadlines and the next decision required.

03

Roles stay clear across the project team.

We coordinate with your contractor and technical professionals without blurring responsibility for technical design, execution or approvals. Where we recommend partners, that relationship is disclosed.

04

We can meet the project where it is.

You may be preparing to build, already under construction, renovating, restarting a stalled project or simply needing stronger owner side oversight. The scope is defined around the actual situation.

Trust is strongest when it is supported by a process.

That is why we agree responsibilities, reporting frequency, decision routes and escalation points before ongoing work begins. The aim is not to replace the contractor or designer; it is to keep the owner properly represented and the project easier to understand and manage.

Who Is Behind Follow Through?

Faith Akello | Project Manager

Faith Akello is a project management and operations professional with over 10 years of experience coordinating people, projects, budgets and partnerships.

Her professional background has shaped a practical approach to project delivery, bringing the right people together, maintaining clear communication, following through on decisions and ensuring that clients and stakeholders remain informed throughout the process.

At Nessaridge, Faith leads project coordination and client representation, working alongside technical partners, contractors and service providers to keep projects organised, documented and moving forward. Her role is to help bridge the gap between property owners and the teams working on their behalf, particularly when clients cannot be consistently present on the ground.

Her vision is to build Nessaridge into a trusted property company recognised for professionalism, transparency, responsiveness and practical support throughout the property journey.

How it works

From first conversation to a properly closed out engagement.

Not every client enters at the same point. The process below shows a full engagement; if your project is already underway, we can begin with the site and project assessment and establish a baseline from the current stage.

Possible entry points: Pre construction · active build · renovation · stalled project · existing contractor requiring stronger owner side coordination.
01

Initial consultation

We discuss your goals, site location, current project stage, concerns, existing team and the support you believe you need. This helps us determine whether Nessaridge is the right fit and what should happen next.

02

Initial site & project assessment

Where relevant, we visit the site and review the information available, such as drawings, BOQ, programme, contracts, approvals, previous reports and current works. We identify the immediate status, gaps and priorities. Specialist technical assessments are referred to the appropriate qualified professional where required.

03

Scope, proposal & engagement

We set out what Nessaridge will handle, what remains with the contractor or technical consultants, site engagement frequency, reporting format, communication channels, fees and escalation points. Work begins once the scope is agreed.

04

Project baseline & team alignment

We establish the working baseline for the engagement: key contacts, current programme and milestones, active decisions, outstanding information and the agreed route for instructions and approvals. Existing contractors remain responsible for their contracted technical work.

05

Representation, monitoring & coordination

We carry out the agreed site engagements, follow up actions, document progress and coordinate with the project team within scope. You receive structured updates showing progress, emerging issues, responsible parties and what is expected next.

06

Milestones, changes & owner decisions

At key stages, we help organise the information you need to make decisions. Variations, delays, unresolved items or matters outside the agreed plan are flagged and escalated rather than allowed to disappear into informal site conversations.

07

Completion, snagging & handover

For engagements running through completion, we coordinate the close out process with the relevant contractor and professionals: outstanding works, snag items, final project information, keys and available warranties or completion documents. We then provide a final close out summary and clearly record any items still requiring follow up.

Handover is a stage, not just a key exchange.

Where the Nessaridge scope runs to completion, handover should confirm what has been completed, what remains outstanding, what documents have been received and who is responsible for any remaining defects or follow up. Technical certification and statutory approvals remain the responsibility of the appropriately appointed professionals and authorities.

Technical partnerships

The right expertise, with the relationship made clear.

Use your team or ask us to help coordinate one.

If you already have contractors, engineers, architects, designers or other professionals, Nessaridge can work with them within the agreed scope.

Where appropriate, we may also recommend technical partners we know and work with, including engineering, construction, design or interior specialists. Those relationships are disclosed and the final appointment remains the client's decision.
